My name is Chris and I’m just going to go over a few rules and regulations..


I am currently located right outside of West Philadelphia, Pa. Please read my policy in its entirety. Booking confirms that you agree to follow all the rules and regulations as listed. Failure to follow the rules may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and may also restrict you from booking future appointments. ❤️‍🔥 Manners Matter! ❤️‍🔥

I value every client that I am blessed to work with. I ask that masks be worn during the duration of your service. If you are unsatisfied with the work done please speak to me face to face, prior to leaving your appointment so that we may come to a solution. Please keep all communication respectful. If at any time during booking or service communication becomes disrespectful or hostile, I will ask you to leave without refund and I will not accept appointments from you.


❤️‍🔥 Prep ❤️‍🔥

Clients' hair must be at least 3 inches long. If you are not sure please contact me prior to booking. All client’s hair needs to be washed, detangled, stretched or blow dried. Please no grease or gel added prior to styling. If oils are used I request no coconut oils due to allergy restrictions.

All hair is provided unless stated otherwise.

Only braiding hair is kept on hand. If there are any specialty styles or colors requested I require at least 1 week notice to obtain necessary hair products.


❤️‍🔥 Guests❤️‍🔥

No extra people will be permitted to attend appointments. Minors are the only exception and are granted ONE parent or guardian. There will also be no weapons or illegal substances allowed on the property. I work hard to create a comfortable environment for my clients as well as myself so feel free to bring food, devices, books etc but leave the crew at home❣️

Please be on time to your appointment !

After 10 mins you will be subject to additional charges. Lateness without any communication could result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeit of your deposit. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking.


Location provided is for travel estimation only. Exact location is only given in confirmation.


Last minute cancellations will be permitted to reschedule but a new deposit will be required for the new appointment.

No call no shows will be blocked from booking for 30 days from the date of missed appointment. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask!


❤️‍🔥 Confirmation❤️‍🔥

I operate Thursday- Saturday, 9am- 6pm. Any appointments scheduled to start outside of these hours or being scheduled the same day as request must be confirmed prior to booking. An appointment is not considered booked until the confirmation text is sent which will include date, time, style, price, remaining balance, and location.


Confirmation messages will be sent out 2-3 days prior to your appointment. This will include all information listed above. A response to the confirmation message is required. A confirmed appointment cannot be changed unless approved by myself.


Any cancellation on my end will result in a refund of your deposit or a reschedule with the same deposit.

Cancellations made by the client will result in the of a need of a new appointment.

A new deposit will be needed to secure a new appointment after client cancellation.


❤️‍🔥 Payment ❤️‍🔥

Last but not least, No deposit means no appointment. All services require a deposit to lock in your appointment and are non-refundable once appointment has been confirmed. Deposits will only be accepted through my website and are subtracted from the total service price. Pricing breakdowns are listed on the pay in full button and will also be sent in your confirmation text. Please pay the remaining balance in CASH or APPLE CASH. If you would like to pay your balance in full instead of a deposit, make sure you are selecting the accurate add-ons prior to finalizing payment. Clients that do not provide cash payment will be charged a $5 electronic payment fee. Failure to pay for your service will result in being blacklisted from all future booking.

Same day (within 12hrs of appt)- $60

Day Off/ after hours start time - $60

Holidays including the day before:

Christmas

Thanksgiving

4th of July

New Year’s Day
