In order to provide the best experience for our clients and staff we run a strict schedule and last minute additions require extra accommodation.

~ 48hr cancellation period
~ 24hr cancellation = Deposit forfeited
~ No call no show = charge 50% of scheduled
appointment or banned from future bookings

Stylists and Clients are expected to remain professional and respectful. If either party is to violate this policy, the owner will enforce as necessary. All prices will be confirmed prior to appointment.
No appointment is valid until BOTH parties confirm.
This is strongly enforced to protect both parties.
